Inspired by the Nina Simone's "Blackbird", this play on imagery and words could signify many things to some but in actuality reflects on the events that take place during the mid summer evenings of east vancouver, which are literally thousands of crows flying over the busy street of commercial drive.
This similar theme was originally commissioned as a mural for the street , after the completion of this mural there were many requests for it to be made as a poster.
